On January 19th, The Nightly Show took over The Colbert Report’s time slot on Comedy Central. Comedian Larry Wilmore is the host of the show. Wilmore is an Emmy-winning writer, actor, and producer. Prior to The Nightly Show, Wilmore  served as the “senior black correspondent” on “The Daily Show.”

Last Tuesday, Wilmore did a segment on vaccinations and anti-vaxxer Jenny McCarthy. He opened the show by saying, “We ask the question: Are vaccinations dangerous? Yes, if you don’t get them.”
